A one day Life in the Spirit seminar is being held at OLGC. Lunch is included. There is no charge to attend. This is a wonderful event to learn of the promises of a fuller life in Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.  We have presented four week and seven week sessions over the past few years and this one-day event is to help those who can't make the bigger commitment.

If you've attended a Life in the Spirit seminar before and it's been a while, this might be a good refresher for you. If you've never experienced the indwelling of the Holy Spirit or know someone who would be interested in this, then please come and bring them. The intent is to elevate your faith in Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Reservations are required to help us get a count for supplies and food, so please contact the OLGC office to sign up (607-748-7417). We will be taking names right up to July 23rd.

Liturgical ministers must complete Safe Environment training and a criminal background check, reflecting the Diocese’s commitment to protecting the vulnerable. Though they may not regularly interact with children, youth, or vulnerable adults, liturgical ministers serve as safe adults within our parish community. This new policy, effective March 1, 2025, will be implemented over a 2.5-year period, allowing ample time for liturgical ministers in each category to complete the training.

Beginning September 1, 2025, all Sacristans, Adult Altar Servers, Liturgical Ministry Leaders, and Lectors/Readers must complete Safe Environment training by June 30, 2026.

The Tenth Hour is an evening of dinner, conversation, prayer, and discernment with our bishops, priests, seminarians, and religious brothers and sisters from the Diocese of Syracuse.

For all young people open to God's call in their lives, especially for young people involved in youth ministry and high school campus ministry!

This is a perfect follow-up for young people who responded to the "vocation altar call" at the Steubenville Youth Conference!

This year's picnic will be held on Tuesday, August 4th from 4 to 7:30 PM at Immaculate Conception in Fayetteville
